These famous faces are actively attributing their success to having used the cosmic order service, so there's obviously some merit to its power. So why is it some people can make it work for them when others can't?
In order to learn how to place your own order, you need to understand a little about the power of your own mind. The human mind is capable of generating amazing amounts of energy. They talk to each other about how bad things are financially and their minds respond by creating energy that really makes their words into a reality. We spend years stuck in patterns filled with negativity and self-defeating talk and thought patterns. We're taught it in childhood by listening to our parents and it's become a deeply ingrained habit. Have you ever noticed that the more you focus on how bad something is, the more you get of it? The idea that you will never have any value if you do not work hard and that it is dignified to suffer and never have enough in your life is something that is programmed into the mind and reinforced on a daily basis as a child.
This means that if you tell yourself that it's not right to be healthy, happy and wealthy, you will not achieve any of these things. There is hope though, because you can bring about change, but only after you reach far into your mind and change your beliefs and get rid of the orders to fail. Thinking in a way that is positive is not the only thing to do if your mind is not following your lead. You need to push through any blockage and wipe out all thoughts of failure.
There are some methods that can enable you to accomplish this goal quickly, and more efficiently than just saying some words over and over, whether you believe them or not.

You need to find and gain the knowledge that you can be and can have and can do anything you want in your own life as long as you believe it. Have the courage to stop ordering negative things from the energy of your own mind and start believing in the positive things you can manifest for yourself.
